Should Lance be a member of the core libraries group?

Iris, Lance Andersen is the long-time spec lead for JDBC. He's on this mailing list, has push-rights, but isn't formally a member of any group. He was on the original list when the census was initiated last year but he seems to have got lost along the way. He would like to be a member of this group. Can you nominate him and initiate the CFV? I mean really! Why not? Its the exact same signature. Please include this at least in jdk 1.6. It almost seems that people appreciate using try{}catch()finally{try{}catch()}. I am tempted to blaspheme but will restrain myself.

Heiko, I'm copying this to the core-libs-dev(a)openjdk.java.net alias, since I think the APIs you are referring to are more familiar to that team.
