RFR: JDK-8217802: Invalid Option warning message.

Please review the jpackage fix for bug [1] at [2]. This is a fix for the JDK-8200758-branch branch of the open sandbox repository (jpackage). This is a simple fix to the unsupported Option warning message, and also fixes a problem when the new "--installer-type" option is used when not in "create-installer" mode.
