Thanks. I have added a brief overview of the required Hotspot changes. I also added a note about the target OS/CPU combinations. Vladimir, could you please take a look at the revised JEP and comment. The Hotspot-specifc details are at the end of the Description section where details of proposed new method Unsafe.writebackMemory are provided.
