8004895: NPG: JMapPermCore test failure caused by warnings about missing field http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~jmasa/8004895/webrev.00 Fixed some declarations in vmStructs_cms.hpp and added a missing declaration for CompactibleFreeListSpace::_dictionary. Moved the typedef for AFLBinaryTreeDictionary to binaryTreeDictionary.hpp to allow use in some additional declarations.
