Proposed schedule change for JSR 379 (Java SE 9)

I have just proposed to the JSR 376 (Java Platform Module System) EG [1] that we take more time in order to evaluate recent significant design proposals [2], discuss and resolve the open issues that are already on the issue list [3], and allow for adequate feedback from the wider community.
