Testbug in FileEncodingTest.java
Hi Tyler, looks like this is a similar / related issue to what is discussed here : https://github.com/eclipse-openj9/openj9/issues/14472 . Any suggestion about the JBS isse title ? FileEncodingTest.java expects the default encoding with '-Dfile.encoding=COMPAT' to be US-ASCII, but on AIX ISO-8859-1 is returned. The fix is simple, but I don't have access to JBS. Yes, Tyler, in general, it is helpful if you propose title and description if you want us to open an issue. I think [testbug] FileEncodingTest.java depends on default encoding is more precise?
