You are mistaken on that. The OpenJDK 6 source tree was created from
the OpenJDK 7 source tree which already had littlecms in it.

Perhaps the jdk 6 sources you have are the "JRL" closed source ones,
not the GPL openjdk ones Dmitri directed you to. Do all the rest of the 
source files
(eg java.awt.Graphics.java) have GPL+CP notices? They will if its openjdk.
If you have those JRL sources with Kodak CMM perhaps you could consider
contributing the fix for that.
