[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] Warning removals

Hello,

I got several warnings when building the X11 pipeline using gcc-4.1.2,
most where caused by:
- X11SDOps was casted directly from long
- GC was casted directly from long

There were also a few other small warnings, some too pedantic for my taste.

I tried to fix the warnings, modified files are attached (webref was
simply too big).
