[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] Need reviewer for change in freetypeScaler.c

Hi,

can anybody please review simple but IMHO important change in
src/share/native/sun/font/freetypeScaler.c source file?

This change is related to the bug #6703377:

and regression test
java/awt/font/Rotate/TranslatedOutlineTest.java created for this bug
which fails due to conversion to unsigned int.

I think it should be pushed to both OpenJDK6 and OpenJDK7.
