Hi Phil and Andrew,

Please review the 7u backport fix of
7183520: [macosx]Unable to print out the defined page for 
2D_PrintingTiger/JTablePrintPageRangesTest.

There's a minor difference compared to 8 as 7154047, a subset of 7183520 
was already fixed in 7u so the code which has the same effect in 8 was 
not ported back.
