[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] [9] Review Request: 8041129 [OGL] surface->sw blit is extremely slow

In not a reviewer, but the fix looks good to me.

I think it would be interesting to see how often you hit the slow path, I
guess it may be fairly frequent on embedded devices?
