[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] Openjdk java2d rasterizer JEP for pisces (marlin) enhancements ?

Allow me to add:

In the gvSIG CE GIS project (www.gvsigce.org), we
have been using Marlin as a drop-in replacement for
the OpenJDK renderer. It has been working flawlessly
for many months now, without a single issue.

The default OpenJDK 2D renderer would have been
useless for our purposes (displaying complex geodata
and very large point clouds with good AA), because
it is simply too slow and does not scale well.

In a nutshell: Marlin has opened up areas of
application that would otherwise remain closed
for GIS and Java 2D.
