[OpenJDK 2D-Dev] Backport JDK-8017773 to jdk8u

Hi all,

I have contributed a patch for JDK-8017773
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8017773>: OpenJDK7 returns
incorrect TrueType font metrics.
It has been merged to jdk9, however jdk8u is not yet.

My customer will use OpenJDK8. So I want to merge it to jdk8u.
Could you help?

I can create a patch for jdk8u if need.
