Please review the fix for jdk 13.

Description:
The test has been re-worked to an automatic test.
It uses only 2D API. When run in headful environment, it also tests with 
VolatileImage.

I have ensured that the updated test fails before JDK-4469881 was fixed 
and passes after it was fixed (jdk 1.4.0).

This is a request to move the updated test to the open ws.
