bug fix: implicit exception handling

Hi Triple Yang,

Great to see you guys moving this project forward. We in Azul Systems have
internally fixed this bug but unfortunately not yet managed to publish the
fix. Indeed we went the route #1 but your fix is apparently better. We
really appreciate the work you've done!
Indeed there are a few more fixes for interpreter we have on our side, so
we really like to publish them. But we need a few days to re-baseline our
code so it corresponds the state of aarch32 repos, and this is the reason
why we have not published yet. (Our work was done basing on jdk8u60 state)
