[REF] more often tagging or syncing with upstream

here is regexp from jcheck

"tip$|jdk-([1-9]([0-9]*)(\.[0-9]){0,3})\+([0-9]+)$|jdk[4-9](    u\d{1,3})?-b\d{2,3}$|hs\d\d(\.\d{1,2})?-b\d\d$”

as I can see it doesn’t accept port name and date.
