I think there were some confusion and old pre-aarch32 tag jdk8u76-b00
was confused with the new jdk8u76-b00-aarch32-160405 one that wasn't get
through.
If there is any way to investigate tag naming restrictions without
having push access (to reach o.j.n ops for repo config changes if
required etc) - I am ready to look into that. For example, can we use
the same tag names as in aarch64 forest and ask ops to have the same
config for aarch32 one?
