Hi Alex,

Yes, I am familiar with this issue, I applied the same patch to the aarch64 jdk8 tree.

This patch will of course drop out if it is ever merged upstream as it did for the aarch64 jdk9 tree.

It would be really nice if someone had the time to fix this properly upstream.

In the meantime we will just carry the patch locally.

Can you please file a JBS issue.
