armv6k support

Dear Ed,

I’ve finished implementation of ARM v6K support and is ready to publish it. However there is a problem that the patch significantly depends on not yet integrated changes by Anton (see the thread named “[8u] RFR: nativeInstruction atomicity and correctness of patching”). So please let me know if you consider consensus reached (at least temporarily) between Andrew and Anton and if Anton’s patch could be integrated soon. I’ll pend on it then. Otherwise I have to revisit the implementation to correspond to current state of aarch32-jdk8u repo (which of course I’d like to avoid if possible)
