My email was not directed to any person or group in particular, merely
an attempt to open up the process so that I am not the only one doing
the Review/Commit cycle.
I think having Sergey as a committer will be a great help. The role of
the reviewer should be to read the patch and point out anything that
looks odd, not to integrate, build and test the patch.
Your role in doing the integrate, build and test cycle is invaluable, as
despite the fact that I am sure every contributor builds and tests their
own patches there seem to be quite a few that slip through.
