RFRs: fix of broken jvmti PopFrame method

Hi all,

The regression test com/sun/jdi/PopAsynchronousTest.java crashes VM.
The reason is unrestored rdispatch register that used by dispatch_next() in remove_activation_preservint_args routine.

I would like to propose fix and ask some review of it.

The patch is in attachment.
