Hi Bob,
I'm not sure this is something I can do. I think it needs to be done by ops (on cc).
Generally the way it has worked for creating the existing jdk8u and jdk9 repos is that ops have prepopulated the repo with some revision of jdk8u/jdk9 from the main dev, and then we have just pushed diffs to make that into what we want.
What revision of jdk8u is your port based on? ops could prepopulate the repo with than revision then you could just push your diffs.
Alternatively, I'm sure if you were to point ops at a mercurial repo somewhere they could populate it with that.
