jtreg, jcstress and specjvm results for openjdk jdk on arm32

Hi,

I've setup jdk builds and some tests on a publicly-accessible arm32 
machine sponsored by Red Hat:

These results are for jdk/jdk repo, if there's going to be an active 
repo in aarch32-port/* it may be better to use it instead.

I am asking for the permission to send the summary reports similar to 
the one below to this list (possibly once in a month or something like 
that).
