OpenJDK ARMv7 binaries for Linux

If using a JDK pre-packaged for Linux distro is an option for you - both 
java-9-openjdk and java-1.8.0-openjdk-aarch32 (note, that is a separate 
ARM-only package, also 8u161 update in it is not yet propagated to 
public repos - going to be there in some days) are available in Fedora 
armv7hl.
