Building jdk11 for arm-vfp-sflt

Sorry, you email is a bit confusing, there is a "sflt" in subject and 
"hflt" in body. Would you mind clarifying whether you mean softfloat or 
hardfloat builds?

I have some comments on hardfloat, but they are likely unrelated to your 
problem if you meant softfloat.
