The aarch32-port mercurial repository is down

Hi,

Trying to access "https://hg.openjdk.java.net/aarch32-port" provides a 
page with a Python "<type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'>". The Mercurial Web 
access does not work, and trying to clone the repository gives back a 
"abort: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error".

Could you please fix at least the Mercurial cloning issue?
