Consolidate OpenJDK 8u aarch32 repos into one

Hi! 

Following jdk8u move to Git+Skara, aarch32 project starts transition of the repositories from Mercurial to git. Progress can be tracked on https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/SKARA-1277. 

First step, Mercurial monorepo, is complete, the forest is not maintained anymore. Upcoming 8u232 will be released from mono repository (http://hg.openjdk.java.net/aarch32-port/monojdk8u). 

The plan is to move aarch32 development  to Git+Skara at the end of February next year.
