GA tags missing again

Hi,

another GA release, another ping: both
https://hg.openjdk.java.net/aarch64-port/jdk8u-shenandoah/tags
and https://hg.openjdk.java.net/aarch32-port/jdk8u/tags are missing the
https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u/tags 8u312-ga equivalent code
and tags.

I rely on those for Debian packaging; could someone please publish them
(and, if necessary, merge the main code in order to formally release it
first)? Maybe even ping me/us if done?
