Very well.
I suggest you start by looking at the aarch64 files in this big PR, which will give you a sense of what’s needed: https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/8166

Dear aarch32 porters,

As you may have noticed, JEP 425 (virtual threads preview) was integrated a
couple of days ago. As a Preview feature, virtual threads are a mandatory
feature that all ports need to support. If work on porting JEP 425 to aarch32
has not yet started, it would probably take some time. In the meantime, I'd
like to offer our help (Oracle engineers) in at least getting the aarch32
port to run without enable-preview until the feature is fully implemented. If
you're interested, please reply so we can coordinate.
