[aarch64-port-dev ] CFV: New aarch64 Committer: Ed Nevill

I hereby nominate Ed Nevill to aarch64-dev Committer.

Ed is a splendid fellow with a very deep knowledge of Java on the ARM.
At present he works for Linaro, although in the past he worked for
ARM.  He will be a very useful addition to this project.

Votes are due by July 22.

Only current aarch64-dev Committers [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to
to this mailing list.
