[aarch64-port-dev ] Internal Error (frame.cpp:1150), Error: ShouldNotReachHere()

It is not clear what tool you're using to measure memory in use but if you
want to forcefully evict pages from the kernel caches try:

  $ free
  $ sync; echo 3 | sudo tee -a /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
  $ free
