Hi Thu Cao,
We have found that this was due to the kernel we were using on our RTSM
model.
We upgraded the kernel and the problem has gone away. Prior to upgrading
the kernel we had many defunct processes. Since upgrading we have not
seen a single defunct process.
All the best,
Ed.
