I did some benchmarking on OOO hardware and I did not see any significant performance change (ie any performance difference was within the bounds of statistical error).

We are in the middle of an office move right now. Once the lab is back to normal I will do some further benchmarking and if there is any performance degradation on OOO cores we can disable it on them.
