The jcheck python code is available for download from openjdk.java.net

  http://openjdk.java.net/projects/code-tools/jcheck/

You can enable jcheck in a cloned repo and submit to it in order to do
the check. Or you could just try to run the python by hand (warning
requires reading python code).
