[aarch64-port-dev ] Automatic generation of aarch64.ad

The aarch64 Architecture description file contains the following rubric
above one of its sections.

No doubt the claim regarding automation is true. Indeed, I am fairly
sure that said automation requires as input the definitions contained in
aarch64_ad.m4. However, having updated the latter for jdk7 I am none the
wiser as to what precise magic is required to trigger the automatic
generation. It's obviously not fully automatic as in run make and it
'just works' (TM -- small print may apply).

Do I pass the input file into m4 and then cut and paste the excreted
rule set into aarch64.ad by hand? (a command line would be helpful).
