We have the same problem with our PowerPC port. In reality most
(probably all) aarch64 developers are subscribed to hotspot-dev while
usually only very few hotspot developers are subscribed to the special
*-port lists. So posting to hotspot-dev should be enough to get a
review.

For our port I nevertheless encourage people to cc the corresponding
*-port alias because I like to have a clean reference of all the port
relevant changes in a single place.
