[aarch64-port-dev ] execstack bug

A couple of months ago there was a discussion about a fix for an 
execstack problem with the AARCH64 port:

The fix was committed to aarch64-port/jdk8:

However, it never made it to the aarch64-port/jdk9 or jdk9/devrepos. Was 
there a reason for this? I plan on committing it to jdk9/dev, but wanted 
to first check if it had been rejected from 9 for some reason.
