[aarch64-port-dev ] Aarch64: fix client jvm build failure

Sorry, I just realized that the patches we have, to enable client build on
aarch64, are local. If this client build need to be enabled upstream, then
we will have to consider those patches too. If not, then we may have to
have them as local patches including the one I posted.
