This code is unmaintained (last commit ~21 months ago) but I hear that
some people are still using it.

I need to figure out how to stop people from using it but keep the
sources around for their history.  I could just
"hg rm src/cpu/aarch64".  That would do it, I guess.

Any other ideas?
