This implements the StrIndexOfChar on aarch64.

This webrev has been contributed by ningsheng.jian at linaro.org

Tested with fastdebug jtreg hotspot and langtools.

Note: That this changeset needs to be applied after the changeset to
implement StrIndexOf otherwise there will be "bad AD" errors in the
jtreg test run, but this is due to missing StrIndexOf implementations.
