The problem here is that no-one with access created a bug report.
Ningsheng Jian posted the problem, and the correct fix, but Fei Yang,
who is also at Linaro, is a committer, and also can create bug
reports, didn't do anything.  If someone would like to create a bug
report and a webrev then I will approve it.
