We have to decide this by consensus.  Azul seem to be happy enough to
drop their own port and work on this one from Oracle: their work is
new and rather immature, so it makes sense.  In the case of AArch64,
the situation is much less clear.  We have a fairly mature and solid
community-written (not just Red Hat!) implementation, and there's no
obvious reason to push that implementation aside.  It is the official
AArch64 port of OpenJDK.
