Tell us exactly how you configured and built.

For example, I use:

bash configure --with-native-debug-symbols=internal --disable-warnings-as-errors --disable-hotspot-gtest --enable-dtrace=no --with-debug-level=slowdebug

CONF=linux-aarch64-normal-server-slowdebug make DEBUG_BINARIES=true JAVAC_FLAGS=-g STRIP_POLICY=no_strip POST_STRIP_CMD= LOG=info
