[aarch64-port-dev ] [RFR] u112 Upstream Update

Hi,

This webrev updates aarch64/jdk8u to u112, tagging the result as
aarch64-jdk8u112-b16. It also includes a backport of the AArch64
segment of 8130309, together with the additional AArch64 fix
8132875: AArch64: Fix error introduced into AArch64 CodeCache by commit for 8130309.
