[aarch64-port-dev ] RFR: Backport patch for 7009641 to aarch64/jdk8u

Thanks for reviewing the patch.
We tried to reproduce the bug using JDK9, but have not succeeded.
Code are refactored in JDK9, but the patch is still there for the other
ports.
We will keep trying, let's see.
