[aarch64-port-dev ] Assert failure building Graal

Hi,
  The builds are failing with some simple jtreg failures - and not
issues with ZGC as I first thought.

I spent a little time reproducing the results on a recent build -
today and yesterday. Disabling/Enabling "UseBarriersForVolatile" makes
no difference.
I am testing with fastdebug and on the C1 compiler. These failures
don't appear with C2.
