This is a leftover from initial AArch64 push and recent Simulator removal. This code does not seem
to be needed in current AArch64. I am planning to backport it all the way down to 8u-aarch64, where
there are leftover additions to Method to store that call format, and this would eliminate parts of
8u exposure.

Testing: aarch64 build, tier1
