[aarch64-port-dev ] [RFC] two possible aarch64 8u backports

Hi,

    We found the following two potential issues can be reproduced for aarch64 8u jdk:

    1. https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8160300
    This issue exists for a cross-compile build.  This may affect people if they are doing a cross-compile build and use it on aarch64 platform.  

    2. https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8171537
    This is a C1 issue.  I doubt it may has a high probability to be triggered some day.  

    Should we backport the patches ?  Please confirm.
