I am seeing the same test failure with a 8u-aarch64 fastdebug build.
Not sure if this bug has been evaluated for 8u-aarch64 backport.

Performed full jtreg test with a 8u-aarch64 fastdebug build.  The affected test fail without the patch and pass otherwise.
OK to backport?
