Yes, I am asking for a review from an aarch64-port reviewer.

I assume that's the process for jdk8u mainline, right?
But aarch64-port has not yet in jdk8u upstream, and this a 8u-aarch64 specific issue.
So as usual, I decided to send the patch here on this mailing list for reviewing.
Anything I missed?
